     Our Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats are designed for all types of ovens. From cookie baking to gourmet pastry preparation, nothing sticks to these silicone mat. It is reusable for thousands of uses and provides even heat transfer to all baked goods. How to Use Place Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats on a baking sheet or pan with the writing side up. Do not use grease. Lay product to be baked or frozen directly on the Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat. Note that your recipe baking temperature may need to be adjusted according to your oven. Chefs Note: Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats are effective in temperatures from minus 40 F to 480 F ( minus 40 C to 280 C ). How to Clean Clean your Silicone Baking Mats with a damp, soft sponge, then rinse with clean water. Shake to remove excess water and dry in open air. A mild detergent or soap may be used if needed. Chefs Note: a slight oily residue after washing is normal, as is a slight discoloration. Strong flavored foods may leave a trace scent on the Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats. Once clean and dry, store the Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats flat. Safety Do not use scraper or brush to clean Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats. Never cut the Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat or cut on it, there is a mesh reinforcement inside. Do not fold the Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat. Do not grease the Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats. Never use a cut or ripped Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats as the fiberglass mesh material could migrate into the food. Avoid using automatic dishwashers, as they may harm the Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mats. Do not use Silicone Baking Mats with a broiler, a grill, or place directly on the bottom of an oven.
