An anonymous maternal-and-baby brand needed a reusable silicone breast milk storage bag with a flexible translucent body, measurement markings, a wide threaded opening, a closure and a carrying loop. The product also required individual protection and a pink retail box for brand presentation. This case records the supplied design and packaging evidence without adding an undisclosed material grade, capacity claim, certification, quantity or customer endorsement.

Development Challenge

A flexible bag needs different behavior when empty and when filled. The supplied project record called for a body that could fold for handling but remain stable when containing liquid. Thin or uneven wall areas could allow local bulging, while a narrow base could make the bag easier to tip. The documented response focused on the base footprint, rounded transitions and wall distribution.

Early specification decisions can be organized through RENJIA’s OEM silicone product development process.

The opening and closure were another critical interface. A wide opening supports filling and cleaning, but the threaded neck, closure and bag body must be designed as one structure. The transition around the neck also carries repeated handling loads. The project record states that this area was reinforced and the contact surfaces were aligned; it does not provide a measured leak result or repeated-cycle test.

Measurement markings added a third challenge. Numbers and lines sit on a curved, flexible surface, so their spacing and depth have to be judged on the formed bag rather than on a flat drawing. Readability also depends on lighting, liquid color and the viewing angle. This case therefore describes the documented scale review without claiming laboratory accuracy.

Documented Design Process

RENJIA developed a standing bag profile with a wider lower support area, rounded corners and a flexible body. The 3D image shows the intended relationship among the base, central scale, wide threaded neck and looped closure. It records the design-review stage; it is not a performance certificate.

The approval checkpoints should also align with a documented silicone product quality control plan.

The neck area used a strengthened transition between the flexible body and threaded opening. The closure and carrying loop were treated as part of the same handling system. The finished-product image shows two translucent bags with pale closures and vertical measurement markings. It confirms the visible configuration but not a precise filled volume or seal rating.

The scale layout was adjusted to follow the formed surface. Numbers and lines were reviewed for visible spacing and depth on the physical shape. Buyers planning a similar product should define how scale accuracy will be tested and what tolerance is acceptable before production.

Retail Packaging Preparation

The supplied retail image shows pink folding cartons with generic logo placeholders and floral graphics. It documents a branded retail-box concept and manual box assembly. No customer name, barcode or final label is used in this draft.

Another supplied image shows two bags protected in individual hanging pouches. The pouch keeps each flexible product separate during handling and provides space for required market information. The visible warning text is part of the photographed package, but this case does not treat it as a complete compliance review for any destination market.

Buyers considering adjacent formats can review the wider silicone product range before preparing an RFQ.

Two logistics photographs in the source package contained carton labels or barcodes. They were not included in this public-facing draft because the workbook required customer, order and transport identifiers to be removed. Their exclusion does not change the documented statement that batch packing and transport preparation were part of the project.

Buyer Checklist

  • Define nominal capacity and acceptable measurement-scale tolerance.
  • Specify silicone grade, color, hardness and destination-market documentation.
  • Confirm the standing-base dimensions and filled-state stability test.
  • Define the threaded neck, closure contact and repeated-use test method.
  • Review scale readability on a formed sample under realistic conditions.
  • Confirm cleaning, temperature and storage requirements with supporting evidence.
  • Approve individual pouch, retail box, warning text and carton protection.
  • Remove customer names, barcodes and transport labels from public images.

Project Inquiry

Send the target capacity, bag dimensions, closure concept, scale requirements, material documentation needs, estimated quantity and retail-packaging brief. RENJIA can then evaluate the structure, sampling plan, visual markings and packing approach against the actual market requirements.
