Do you manufacture silicone ice trays for wholesale and private-label orders?
Yes. Renjia supports wholesale, OEM and private-label silicone ice mold projects. We review the tray format, cavity size, order quantity, color, branding, packaging and destination market before confirming the quotation and production plan.
Can the ice shape and tray size both be customized?
Yes. The cavity shape, ice size, cavity count and overall tray dimensions can be developed around your design and intended use.
Can you add our logo to the ice?
Yes. Share the logo or artwork and our team will review the line detail, depth and release requirements before confirming the mold approach.
What information is needed for a tooling quote?
A 2D or 3D drawing is ideal. A reference sample, target dimensions, logo file or clear concept image can also be used for an initial feasibility review.
Can you accept a 500-piece custom order?
Yes. Custom orders can start from 500 pieces. Orders of 1,000 pieces generally offer more favorable unit pricing. Final terms depend on the mold, product, color, packaging and production setup.
How is pricing calculated for a custom ice mold?
Each project is quoted after the size, cavity design, silicone grade, mold complexity, logo method, order quantity and packaging requirements are reviewed. We do not use a fixed catalog price for custom production.
Is a free sample available?
Yes. Free samples are available. Current sample terms, shipping and custom-sample details will be confirmed by our team for your project.
Can you support testing or certification for our market?
We can support third-party testing, documentation and certification coordination based on the product, intended use and destination market.
Can a silicone ice cube tray include a lid or storage packaging?
A lid, storage component or retail package can be reviewed as part of the finished set. The final structure, material combination, pack format and minimum quantities depend on the approved product configuration.
What does food-grade silicone mean for a custom ice mold project?
The material, color, finished construction, intended food-contact use and destination market must be reviewed together. Any report or testing scope should match the actual product rather than being treated as a blanket certificate for every configuration.
