Requirement review
Align the approved design, material, appearance and packing requirements.
Quality / Project by Project
Renjia combines production checkpoints, a dedicated QC team and documentation coordination for custom silicone projects.

01 / Quality framework
The exact inspection scope depends on product structure, intended use, agreed specifications and buyer requirements.
Align the approved design, material, appearance and packing requirements.
Review relevant material information and project-specific requirements before production.
Confirm the initial production result against the approved reference where required.
Monitor defined product characteristics during production.
Review the finished product and packaging against the agreed project standard.
Prepare the commercial and quality documents agreed for the order.
02 / Material baseline
03 / Certification support
We support third-party testing, documentation and certification coordination based on your product, intended use and destination market.
CE, CPC, FDA, LFGB or ISO are not presented as blanket existing certifications for every product configuration.
04 / Evidence layers
Available records include selected raw-material reports and product-specific test reports. Applicability must be checked against the current design, formulation, color, components, intended use and target market.
Third-party SGS reports are available for selected silicone raw-material grades and listed food-contact, EN 71-3 and restricted-substance scopes. Supplier-material evidence does not establish finished-product compliance.
Selected drawing mat, food-contact silicone, storage-bag and other samples have product-specific reports. Each result applies only to the identified sample and stated test scope.
Before a document is used, the current order should be matched by product identity, bill of materials, color, printing, accessories, age grading, use conditions and destination market.
Important: A test report is not government approval, and a customer-specific CPC cannot automatically be reused for another importer, brand or production period. Read the buyer's compliance-document guide.

05 / Traceable communication
A custom project works best when design files, sample references, packaging requirements and inspection expectations are documented before mass production begins.
06 / Quality inquiry
Share the intended use, buyer requirements and market. We will discuss the applicable quality, documentation and testing support.
