An anonymous brand owner or e-commerce seller requested a white single-sphere silicone ice mold with a visible black logo, a two-piece construction and a top filling opening. The project also required individual clear-bag packing and carton preparation for a batch order. This case concentrates on curved-surface logo placement and packing workflow. It is distinct from RENJIA’s previously documented sphere-mold project that included a separate filling funnel; no separate funnel is shown or claimed here.

Development Challenge

A two-piece spherical mold depends on the relationship between the upper and lower sections. Misalignment can create an uneven seam or make closure less consistent. The top opening also has to be positioned in relation to the sphere cavity and surrounding wall, while the silicone body must remain flexible enough for later release. The project record describes these design concerns but does not provide dimensional tolerances or test values.

Buyers planning a related program can review RENJIA’s custom silicone ice mold manufacturing capabilities.

The logo introduced a separate visual problem. Flat artwork can appear wider, narrower or tilted when applied to a spherical surface. A centered mark on a drawing is not automatically centered from the customer’s viewing angle after production. The review therefore considered the visible front area, artwork proportion and baseline together.

Finally, the round product needed a practical packing method. Individual bags had to contain each unit, keep the visible logo identifiable and allow many units to be arranged in an outer carton. The supplied photos document that packing stage without confirming a specific quantity or completed delivery.

Documented Design Review

RENJIA created a 3D representation of the sphere, top opening, horizontal joint and logo area. The documented process aligned the upper and lower sphere centers and reviewed the relationship between the joining edge and the opening. Wall distribution and the cavity curve were considered during sample preparation, but no unsupported claim is made about final ice clarity, release force or leakage.

Logo placement, packing, and specification decisions can be organized through RENJIA’s OEM silicone product customization process.

For the curved logo, the artwork scale and baseline were adjusted against the visible front of the mold. The finished-product image shows a bold placeholder mark positioned above the horizontal joint. It confirms the intended presentation, not the identity of the customer or the commercial performance of the product.

What the Supplied Records Show

The physical product image shows a white spherical mold with a top opening and a horizontal two-piece seam. The design-screen image records the planned relationship among those features. Together, they support the documented structure and branding discussion.

The unit-packing photograph shows a single mold inside a clear bag. The bag protects the surface and keeps the unit together for handling. Because the source does not specify retail labeling, suffocation warnings, bag thickness or market requirements, those items remain questions for a future specification rather than claims about this project.

Bulk Packing Preparation

The remaining images show individually bagged molds placed in cartons. One view emphasizes the quantity of packaged units; another shows a more orderly carton arrangement with filling openings and logo positions visible. These photos confirm batch packing and carton preparation. They do not establish the order total, units per carton, shipping route or customer acceptance.

Before mass production, confirm the inspection plan against a documented silicone product quality control framework.

Buyer Checklist

  • Define the target sphere diameter and two-piece closing method.
  • Specify the filling opening, including whether a separate funnel is required.
  • Confirm silicone grade, hardness, color and destination-market documents.
  • Approve the joint appearance and any dimensional tolerance.
  • Review the logo on a realistic spherical view and a physical sample.
  • Define tests for filling, leakage, freezing, release and repeated use.
  • Specify unit bag, label, carton count and orientation requirements.
  • Record permission before using customer logos or shipment labels publicly.
